Payment and Terms

Our Fee: US $75 (does not include InterNIC Domain Name Fees)

TopDomain's fee covers service through the completed registration and guarantees one successful domain name registration. For this fee we will format the application and submit it to InterNIC; set up the required domain name service and maintain it for you for at least one year; monitor the progress of the application until completed; notify you when the registration is approved and send a certificate of registration for your records. (InterNIC will bill you separately for $100, to cover the first two years of registration. After two years, InterNIC charges $50 per year to maintain domain name registration. These are fees we all have to pay!)

Please Remember: once registered, THE APPLICANT OWNS THE DOMAIN NAME and assumes responsibility for any future obligations, renewal fees, etc., needed to maintain or modify domain name.

For security we provide a 2-step submission process to guard your credit card information. If you wish, you can also fax the credit card information.

REFUND POLICY: Because we spend considerable time and effort in arranging a registration - expenditures that can not be recovered - we are not able to offer refunds on our fee. However, as noted above, the fee does guarantee one completed registration. Please choose your name(s) carefully.

Names are submitted for registration after a search determines that they are available. The search does not guarantee availability, since thousands of names are submitted for registration each day, and others are awaiting action by the registration authorities. Although rare, it is possible that another request for the same name might be ahead of yours in the electronic queue. If this should occur, you will be asked to submit a new application at no additional charge.
